Where Love and Sorrow Meet: a service of lament and hope
29 July 2017 @ 10:30 - 12:30
This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of the passing of the Sexual Offences Act 1967, which partially decriminalised homosexuality between men in England and Wales. To mark this very special milestone, there is to be an ecumencial service of lament and hope at St Martin’s in the Fields, Trafalgar Square on Saturday 29 July at 10.30am. We are delighted that we’ll be joined by Canon Mark Oakley as our preacher, and the London Gay Men’s Chorus.
